Build everything
nurses need.
Our long-term vision is simple: every nurse, anywhere in the world, should have one trusted place to connect, learn, grow, and find better opportunities. NerusalemOrg exists to build that — slowly, carefully, and only for nurses.
One company. One focus. Nursing.
We believe nursing is too important — and too underserved — to be a side project for someone else. So we built a company that does only this. Every product, every decision, every line of code is for nurses.
What’s missing today.
When we talk to nurses, the same problems come up — across countries, across years of experience, across hospitals and homes and schools.
No shared home.
Nurses live across many apps — chat groups, social feeds, forums, college portals. Nothing brings the global nursing community into one place.
Hard to connect.
A student in one country has no easy way to find a mentor in another. A nurse moving abroad has no clear way to meet others who already made the move.
Resources are scattered.
Notes, past papers, study tips, clinical guides — they exist, but they’re spread across drives, group chats, and personal blogs. Nothing structured.
Opportunities are hidden.
Jobs, events, fellowships, partnerships — most nurses only hear about them through luck. We want to make access fair and visible.
Voice is small.
Nurses are the largest healthcare workforce, but their voice online is much smaller than it should be. We want to give it a proper place.
Tools feel borrowed.
Most apps nurses use were built for someone else and adjusted later. We start with nurses and build outwards from there.
Step by step, year by year.
Our long-term plan covers four big areas of a nursing life. UNN Hub is our first answer — but it won’t be the last.
Community
A trusted global network where nurses connect, share, and support each other across borders and stages of career.
Learning
Better ways to study, prepare for exams, share notes, and keep growing — for students and working nurses alike.
Opportunities
Clear, fair access to jobs, events, partnerships, and services. Less luck, more visibility.
Daily Work
Tools that quietly help with the day-to-day — for nurses, their teams, and the institutions they belong to.
Quiet, careful, honest.
Three habits we hold ourselves to.
Listen first.
Before we design or code, we talk to nurses. What we ship reflects what they actually need — not what we assume.
Ship small.
We release in small steps, watch how people use it, and improve. Big launches with big promises rarely help users.
Stay honest.
We don’t claim things we haven’t built. Live means live. Coming soon means coming soon. No marketing tricks.
If it doesn’t help a nurse, we won’t build it.
That’s the test we apply to every product, feature, and decision at NerusalemOrg. It’s a high bar, and we’re glad it is.
